Pat et al. were a great help in getting us into the right vehicle and being completely transparent about procedures etc. I would recommend the dealership. No stone was left unturned and all members of Honda were welcoming, informative and honest. I'd recommend buying your next vehicle here and you won't regret it.

It was very easy dealing with the personnel at West City Honda in Belleville, ON. We really liked our sales consultant, Param Bajwa. He wasn't pushy and it didn't feel like he was trying to pressure us into having to buy a vehicle at all. His calm demeanour and friendly approach was the reason we decided to buy our beautiful Honda Odyssey black edition there and not at another dealership. We got our vehicle in a very fast time and the colour that we've always wanted, Sonic grey pearl. We just wish that the walk around our new vehicle had been a little thorough. At least to see the changes made since we got our Odyssey 2023. We only found out when we got home that the new Honda Odyssey 2025, doesn't come with a blu-ray player and headphones.

Very thankful to Param, Stephanie and west city Honda team. I recently purchased a car from here. Got best experience. Every feature was fully explained. I leased my first car from west city honda and since then been their customer eventhough i dont live in Belleville. They are honest and been very helpful on every renewal of my lease. This time around Patrick Hegarty was exceptional, he provided the best quotes over the phone and it was a pleasure meeting him in person. He is a kind person and does everything in his capacity to fulfill the requirements and gives the best advice. I will definitely come back again for my next lease. Thank you Pat and west city honda.

I was treated so well at West City Honda from the moment I entered the building. I was immediately greeted by the receptionist and manager. Both Spencer and Fraser were incredibly helpful and patient in answering my many questions as I was in pursuit of a new vehicle. Furthermore, once I was introduced to Jessica, she took me on some test drives and sat with me for ages answering more questions with honesty and forthrightness. She was so very good at her job! I loved meeting her and we really connected! I was learning so much about each vehicle and she took so much time to inform me of all features and price everything out for me. I never felt pressured to make a quick decision and buy a vehicle. This team is one I would recommend time and again should you want a Honda. They are warm, welcoming and patient and followed up with me offering any further assistance. I highly recommend West City Honda if you are in the market for a vehicle!
