We had a wonderful experience with Pat and west city Honda. This is our first Honda and all the staff were very welcoming and happy to answer any questions or concerns we may have. We would recommended going to see Pat and the team for your vehicle needs

There is no comparison between West City Honda and Trent Valley Honda. West City Honda. Service department shows incompetence, unprofessionalism and lack of experience. I had a gut feeling something was wrong with the service department when I stopped in for a short visit before my schedule appointment. And now after my appointment, my fears have been confirmed. I live in Belleville now but I will travel to Peterborough to service my car. I'm glad I called Trent Valley Honda for assistance today. The manager at Trent Valley had my back and called West City. The invoice magically disappeared. Always listen to your gut feelings, they are always right.

Our service team followed all standard procedures during your visit which consisted of our Technician first verifying another service providers diagnosis before proceeding with a $2,500 repair. We reviewed the invoice in question, and while we understand you had concerns with us verifying the prior diagnosis, the suggestion that the invoice "magically disappeared" does not accurately reflect what occurred. The invoice was properly voided as a courtesy after discussions between the teams to ensure you felt supported. I can't praise them enough. Jessica and I had communicated before I even walked in the door. Her enthusiasm, love for her job and knowledge is outstanding. I love my new CRV Hybrid. Jessica, Stephanie and Megan were aware I was getting my new vehicle from my inheritance from my dad's passing. When I went out to get in they had put a bow on it. Truly a gift from my dad. I write this on his first birthday since he passed. Thank you for Poppy she's pretty DOPE, we will make wonderful memories on our travels.

We purchased our new CRV from Jessica at West City Honda. I called ahead asking about pricing and Jessica convinced me to make an appointment to come in to see her the next day. She was very patient with all our questions and made sure we were comfortable with our decisions. If it wasn't for Jessica's friendly and knowledgeable mannor, we might have purchased elsewear.
