I recently purchased amazing vehicle Honda civic sport touring hybrid from West City Honda. I am very impressed and pleased with the service from all the staff especially Param and Stephanie. Excellent friendly service. Every associate went above and beyond to help us. We were treated like valued customers and not just another number or sale. I was trying to book a service/diagnostic appointment for my Honda CRV due to recall notice (high priority due to sticky steering) over the phone with Nicole and she refused to book an appointment and advise me continue driving a car until problem occur multiple times (already experienced sticky steering), so I have to call Honda customer service department and they help me to book an appointment for diagnostic at same location. She must be trained to provide appropriate customer service!

We appreciate you wanting to get it resolved as soon as possible, and thank you for your quick action, however unfortunately, we have not yet received the parts to complete that particular recall. We will get the issue resolved as soon as parts become available from Honda Canada. Thank you for your patience and will will reach out to you as soon as we can complete the recall.

In person customer service was excellent for an issue with my broken fob. The technician was very helpful in a temporary fix and took my serial number for when I need to come in to get a new one reprogrammed.

This is my second review and my second vehicle! The team at West City Honda is absolutely hands down the best!! When I buy a vehicle, I do not act fast. I like to research and make informed decisions. Sept 2023 I went in and spoke with Spencer, we test drove a CRV and then crunched numbers. At the time, it wasn't the right decision for me. Spencer understood but kept in touch but not in a pushy way. Fast forward to early Aug 2024, I spoke with Spencer again about exploring an upgrade again. I was headed on vacation and would connect with him when I got back. End of Aug 2024, I was getting my civic serviced and thought I would head to the sales floor to do some looking. Spencer was off on a vacation himself, however Param was there to assist. We took out an Hrv and I instantly knew this was what I wanted. Bigger than my civic but smaller than the Crv. I was headed out of town for business but let him know I would think about it. Sept 2024 is when it all happened! I booked with Spencer as he was who I was originally dealing with. He even remembered my vacation and where I went. I felt bad that I couldn't deal with both the guys as they were great. Spencer informed me that I would still be dealing with both of them and I felt a sense of relief as I didn't want either of them to miss out and I would have to choose. We migrated to Param's desk and we discussed it further in detail my wants and needs for the Hrv, and they provided me a trade in on my civic that I loved so much. I then proceeded to Stephanie. She is an absolute gem! Going into full details about everything and talking to me like a friend, not a customer. I left the dealership and waited to hear. This was a Saturday and it was close to the end of the day. 15mins after I left Stephanie called me and I had my appt to pick up my brand new hrv sport! On delivery day, I was greeted with a handshake, sorry I missed you on your way out Saturday from Spencer, met with Megan to drop off my civic keys and headed to sign the papers. Once done, Megan showed me around the dealership and introduced me to a few faces I wasn't familiar with, showed me my winter tires and a few extra features on the Hrv as most were very similar to my civic. When I tell you that this team was the most helpful, informative, friendly bunch without making you feel pressured, I am not kidding. I love being part of the Honda family at West City Honda. Thank you to everyone who assisted in making the move happen. I will miss my civic and hope someone loves it just as much as I did.
