Previously I was a customer at Oakville Honda and always was treated poorly, oil changes took 3-4 hours, etc... I moved to PEC a few years ago and switched to West City Honda and it's a night and day different. The staff at West City are always very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Stephanie, Fraser, and Jessica recently helped me get out of my lease on my previous Honda and helped me to buy a new civic that met all my requirements. They made the process so easy and straight forward, all while being very accommodating and personable. I also take my car to West City for service and oil changes. The service team is always fast, friendly and has helped get me in for oil changes when my work schedule has been difficult. I highly recommend this dealership for all your needs. Excellent staff and will continue to be a customer for years to come.

I called at 10:30 AM to inquire about a Honda Ridgeline, stock number 17267. The sales manager, Spencer, confirmed the car was in stock but then informed me they wouldn't sell it to me because I'm from Barrie and not a "local" Coburg / Belleville customer. This is absolutely outrageous! What kind of discriminatory, outdated, and frankly offensive business practice is this? It's shocking that a dealership in this day and age would openly refuse service based on a customer's location. You should be utterly ashamed of such exclusionary and unjust behavior. Treating potential customers with such blatant disregard is unacceptable and appalling. This is not how you run a business!

Dear Dimitry, Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and opinions. Your feedback is important to us, and we appreciate your willingness to share your perspective. As you may already know, the vehicle supply chain has faced significant challenges since the onset of COVID-19. While the situation has improved, we continue to encounter difficulties with the availability of certain models. In response to these challenges, we made a deliberate decision to prioritize our longstanding clients who have supported our family-owned dealership over the past 50 years. We felt it was only fitting to show our appreciation by ensuring that our limited inventory remained accessible to those who have stood by us during this time. We truly value your input and want to ensure you that our commitment to all of our customers remains strong. If you have further thoughts or would like to discuss this matter further, we are always here to listen. Thank you once again for your understanding. Best Regards, West City Honda Management Team

West City Honda is professionally run and staffed. They have a stress free, transparent sales process and only offer select pre owned inventory at competitive pricing. I would refer relatives to them confident that their approach is fair and built on integrity. Thanks,

For literally decades we have always bought cars outright (used). It just seemed a good way to recycle older cars. Our last two were here with us both Honda's. An Accord 2002 and an Odyssey 2004. We loved them both. But, the Accord had been parked two years and the Odyssey finally was giving up too with far too many repairs. So we came in to look at new Honda's. Price tag was a driving force with us as we wanted a newer reliable Honda but didn't want a huge monthly payment. This was why after a few looks at the inventory we opted for a Silver CRV that was less than 5 years old. That is the history. I think our Sales Rep was surprised at how fast we made our decision. He stepped us through and answers all our questions. Was friendly and was easy to talk to. We recommend him to others. None of the negatives that we have experienced in the past at other car dealerships that would push us into buying. It was as good as our experience as when we bought our first new car a 1992 Saturn SL2 when we first came home to Canada. We dislike pushy people and Bram as he told us to call him, was ideal for us. Thank you. We finally took a long drive yesterday (7 days after purchase) in our SUV and are very happy with it.

We were very pleased with the service we received from West City Honda! Scott Hunter took the time to sit with us and go over all of our options and we did not feel pressured. He took in consideration our needs and gave us lots of options to consider. Stephanie was also great to work when it came time for the paperwork. We love our CRV and would definitely consider coming back to see Scott when the time comes for a new Honda! Thanks to the West City team for making it a positive and less stressful experience when it came to our lease end.

Pretty bad first impression here. Took our car in to get the AC recharged and they broke our bumper and said it was our problem. The issue was with a previous repair but at some point you have to figure you're not going to be able to remove something without breaking it and should have made a courtesy call before proceeding. Would have taken the car elsewhere if we knew there was going to be an issue, instead we got footed with the bill and a more broken car than we took in. Common sense not so common I guess.

Dear Billie-Jean and Jason, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We regret that your recent experience did not meet your expectations. Upon reviewing the situation with our team, including the photos of your vehicle, it appears that the bumper cover was secured with epoxy from a prior repair. Unfortunately, this was not visible until our technician attempted to remove the bumper to access the AC components. We did our best to reattach the bumper, but understand that it may not have been as secure as it was before. Had we been informed about the prior bumper repair, we would have recommended addressing the bumper’s condition before proceeding with the warranty AC repairs. This could have involved additional steps and potential costs. Please know that we did not cause additional damage but worked with the existing conditions. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Thank you for your understanding.
