Sales associate (Spencer Sudds) was very helpful and pleasant. He explained all of the features of our new vehicle in detail. We are very pleased with our new vehicle, and the purchasing experience. The sales team worked hard to help us with our purchase. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble.

I recently had the pleasure of having Pat Hergarty help me purchase my new vehicle. Pat went above and beyond to work on details that enabled me to buy the vehicle that I wanted. He was very knowledgeable about the new monthly information and all the specials that Honda were offering that month. Pat was listened to my needs and was very patient in answering all my questions. His dedication to quality customer service was evident in the follow up calls after the vehicle was taken home to make sure I was satisfied and comfortable with how all the systems were working.

I would recommend dealing with Spencer Sudds in sales. Spencer made the car buying experience easy and stress free for me. He listened to my needs and explained everything in detail. His enthusiasm was contagious. Although I was with my partner, Spencer made sure to direct his attention to me. He followed up with me when he said he would. Thank you. I am enjoying my new CRV.

I recently bought a 2024 Honda Civic sedan sport, I couldn’t be any more pleased with it and couldn’t have ask for a better sales person in Spencer Sudds, he knew exactly what I needed and what was best for me, and when I had questions he gave great advice and in details, Hondas are the best car out and I will only be buying them for the rest of my life

If you have any service issues, don't go to West City Honda I went to West City Honda Belleville for an AC repair. There was a recall on the part and they fixed it for free. It broke the very next day and I brought the car back and they charged another 140 $ said it was another unrelated issue and gave me an estimate of $750. I repaired that outside since I lost trust in them. The guy told me the issue was the compressor which they already worked on. I brought the car back and they said they filled the gas and it worked which is an absolute lie and charged me another 350 $. I tried that with another mechanic outside. So they didn't fix it right at the first place and they diagnosed the issue wrongly and charged for everything. Another worst part, they never even call me before filling the gas. When I raised that problem, the rude customer service told me that, they would take it out the gas and they will give me another appointment for that.
