I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this dealership was unacceptable. They were dishonest about vehicle conditions and pricing, and the sales tactics were pushy and manipulative. I left feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. If you’re looking for a dealership that values transparency and customer service, look elsewhere

I was initially pleased with the service I received while considering a vehicle purchase and placed a deposit with AMUN MAYOL. However, after a family emergency forced me to cancel, the attitude and lack of understanding regarding the deposit refund have been deeply concerning. This experience has completely changed my perception of this dealership. At least My sales person AMUN MAYOL should have understood that how he was nice with me while sale process and once took deposit did not even hesitate to change his behaviour. I recommend everyone doesn’t fall under their trap for being nice to you. It’s all about getting your money out of your pocket . After that you are not customer, you become just a number to them. I am regretting my thought to buy there. Now even in future I wanted to buy, I will never visit there.

Great service prior to signing on the dotted line, however could not get a hold of my salesmen for follow up items after the fact. When picking up the vehicle they had "forgot" to pick up the title to the vehicle so i had to drive to an insurance company to pick that up. Also, lesson learned, there were items agreed to by handshake that were ignored upon the deal closing (including some maintenance agreed to on the vehicle to be done prior to pickup that wasn't done).
