Purchase my first truck. Sales team David and Alex knew exactly what I was looking for. They did not try to sell me on anything that I was not looking for and they seemed genuinely interested in making sure I was satisfied all along the process. They also extended the same courtesy to all members of my family. All of us are glad to make this our family's dealership and will be proud to refer any other family for the same wonderful experience.

Replaced heater core but damaged the car

I was going to let this slide as it's not the end of the world, but since you sent me an email and asked... I brought my car in back in December to troubleshoot a problem. The co-op in town had said it was one of two things, but since I have a 200 I figured the Chrysler dealership would be better suited to ID it properly. Turns out they needed to replace the heater core. They ordered it and I brought it back in a few weeks later to have it installed. Dropped it off one morning, was told it would likely take the one day, maybe two. Called in in the afternoon, they said it wouldn't be ready till the day after. Ok. Stayed home from work the day after, waited for a call, waited and waited, finally I called them and they said they lost my number which is why they didn't call. Car was ready. My 200 is a 2011, but I have taken really good care of it, especially the inside. So when I picked up my car the first thing I noticed was that there was a dent/rip in the dashboard material. I then noticed there was a big rip/tear in the transmission shifter handle, which was unfortunate. The car reeked of cheap cologne, the radio was on loud and on some shitty country music station, the drivers seat was way down in a low position, and my floor mats were missing! I had to go back in and ask for them and wait ~5 mins while they found them. None of these things are devastating problems on their own, but put together they made for a pretty bad experience. Won't be going back or recommending this place to anyone.

Super hard time getting ahold of anyone from their service department unless you write on their Facebook wall. The work we paid for wasn't done originally. They blamed a faulty part (which somehow they were able to replace in less than 24 hours...the original one they put in apparently took 4 days to arrive. Hmmm...). Then it was like doing the work we had paid for properly was some kind of favour. Never coming back.
