Me and my husband both bought new cars in the last 2 months. Every single person that works there is so nice. We were always greeted with big smiles. We had the pleasure of working with Joe both times and had excellent service. We would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family.

Amazing customer service. David, was excellent and was nice to deal with him... Probably the best sales' man! We'll definitely be buying again from Laplante. Geneviève and Stephane were amazing. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and efficient. Happy to be part of the Dodge family. :)

Had a terrible experience for service. I first had a quote from one service guy and when I called back a week later the girl told me that plan didn't exist and the lower plan was now 50% more than I was quoted. I waited a week for the appointment to get a piece of mind check and a loaner for the night. I went to my appointment and to pick up the car when I was informed they had no car to give me and the next appointment was in a week and they couldn't guarantee a car then either. I went to another dealership after that. The new dealer also told me that what Embrun Dodge quoted me was over priced and the information about what they could provide was inaccurate (updating the uconnect system). Very disappointed with their service.
