This is my third vehicle from Oxford Dodge. I keep coming back because of the amazing service. The staff are friendly and well trained.

I dropped my car off for a scheduled oil change and to remove my winter tires. I left my car at the dealership all day 9am - 4pm. When I returned, my car was not finished and I had to wait another 30 minutes, making me late for an appointment. I book my maintenance on days when I can leave my car and I fully expect when I come t at the end of the day to pick up the car that it will be finished. As a result my car didn't get washed either. Just a disappointing experience. On a positive note, I will say your shuttle driver was delightful and very kind.

After having a disappointing experience dealing with the Toronto Fiat dealership, the complete opposite could be said of Oxford Chrysler. Adam in internet leads helped me find the exact vehicle I was looking for, even sending me pictures and a video of it on the lot. Then in sales Deb was amazing, walked me through the whole purchasing process along with given me the most thorough walk through of the car. Deb made sure that everything was as simple and seamless for me as possible which was much appreciated.

I'll try to keep it short. My son works as a mill right in the Brampton Chrysler plant and as you know; because he is in the Chrysler family he gets a percentage off vehicles, parts and labour. Recently I had my lane change warning system go out and I brought the vehicle into Oxford Dodge to find out what the issue was. I was advised that the front camera module would have to be replaced and due to the mileage on my 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk it was not covered under warranty and therefore the cost to replace it would be $1,100 plus labour. Firstly I strongly disagree that the module would be out of warranty. An item such as this should be under warranty based on time not mileage. In any event I contacted my son and he asked if Oxford Dodge could use his employee number to purchase the camera module and provide the labour at his discounted rate. I was promptly told that Oxford Dodge would not. So my son purchased the module direct from a Brampton dealership. Once received I contacted Oxford Dodge to place the unit and they did but could not get it to learn through the computer as it would only get to 93% to 98% and then shut down. So I was advised that the module was probably faulty and I would have to take it back to where it was purchased so that dealer could install it and if they deemed it faulty replace it due to their warranty????? I was charged over $130.00 dollars for installing the module but it doesn’t work. Secondly I contacted the dealership in Brampton, 3hrs away from my home, and they set up a time for me to bring the vehicle in to replace the module. They asked me what my son's employee number was to make sure I received his discount. Why didn't Oxford Dodge offer this? I assume due to the fact I purchased the camera module from a different dealer and they wouldn't make the profit they felt they deserved. Thirdly the Brampton Dealership contacted me prior to the scheduled service and through my discussion with the service manager, he advised me that the module that I purchased has a 2 year warranty that if defective would be honoured by any dealership in Canada. Even if I purchased the jeep from the States Chrysler honours the warranty in Canada as well. So in summary I don't belief that Oxford Dodge dealt in their customer’s best interest in any way shape or form. Randy Lucas

Randy I would like help clarify some of your concerns. Please understand that the discount that the Brampton Dealer provides to the plant employees is not a national program, therefore Oxford Dodge would not participate in their specific offerings for parts and labour. I understand that the attempted repair took far longer than intended with the module failing to complete the calibration required to replace part correctly. I apologise for the miscommunication regarding this part as the intent was not to send you back to Brampton. We can offer you the 2 year warranty on the part, the issue was that we require a copy of the original purchase invoice to do so. As the part was not purchased here we do not have access to the proof of purchase. This component is not a part that we would regularly stock so we would require the purchase invoice prior to ordering the part. It was Mikes understanding that you were going to contact him with the original invoice so that he could order the part. I apologise that you had to go back to Brampton to complete this that was not the intention. I left a message for you and I would be happy to discuss this with you further.

I purchased the car two years ago and had several alignments performed by the dealership where I purchased it. They were never able to get the steering wheel centred -- it was always 4.4-8 degrees off centre. The manager explained to me that it was impossible to achieve centre, so I stopped going there for service. Previously, I had been a long time customer of Oxford Dodge, but with the new car and the free service by the other dealership, I didn't go as frequently. I returned to Oxford Dodge, spoke to Geoff, and after a test drive, left my car with them to fix. Never has my car driven straight! Can't believe the other dealership just didn't care enough to do the job right. Thanks!
