Easiest car purchase I can ever remember. Me and my son came in looking at the Pacifica Hybrid and were greeted by Yasser. He was so easy to deal with, so kind, honest and clearly good-hearted. Probably the best experience ever had at a dealership, great place and staff. The Pacifica Hybrid is absolutely amazing, and Yasser did a great job explaining it's many features to us, and was available to answer every single question we had. His patience and professionalism are unmatched. Thanks agian, and keep up your awesome work. If anyone is in the market for a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram etc.. Save your time and go directly to this dealership and avoid the others, and if you're lucky enough to get Yasser, even better.

I bought a Fiat in summer of 2015 and had my first service appt. last year and had to INSIST on an oil change or they weren't going to do it. Two hours to do oil change and switch tires on rims. Went there again yesterday to do the same and have the door handle fixed. FOUR HOURS LATER!! Sales dept. is great! Service dept. not so much. The service dept. MUST check the folder to see if any mechanic reports have come in so customer can be notified and NOT the client going up and asking "is my car ready" only to find out it has been ready for sometime, OR go to the client waiting area and asking peoples names so they can check to see if they are waiting longer for no reason!! By the way my name NEVER was called!!!!! #ticked off customer. tongue in cheek!!!!!

Car wash not working Again. Second time I've been in for service and this is the case. Longer wait time than normal.

Went for an oil change and tire changeover. Asked the service manager not to put tires in the car. He did. Drove to Toronto two days later. All the lug nuts were loose and the drivers front were almost off

Sadly, there were many delays in completing our tire swap on April 10th. It took 2.25 hours to actually get the keys back, when the estimate was 1 hour. Our appointment was made in advance and we stated that we were going to wait for the vehicle. We appreciated the apology and the 1/2 price storage fee for the inconvenience.

I took the vehicle in to have the snow tires removed and the summer tires installed. The wait was not long at all and I was on my way again!

We brought one vehicle in on Thursday, April 13th to have the winter tires removed and the all-season tires put on (which were already on rims and being stored on-site). The tires were not balanced properly when they were put on, which has resulted in a vibration in the vehicle. My husband drove to Timmins within a few days of having the tires put on and had to experience that during a lengthy drive. He is not back in the City for two weeks to have it looked at. We brought our other vehicle in on Saturday, April 15, 2017 for the exact same service. We waited well over two hours for the work to be completed. The service advisor did advise us that the technician was having difficulty with a vehicle that was brought in ahead of hours. However, this whole process took far too long and made us late for another appointment. As an aside, the service hours are quite inconvenient for people that work full-time. During peak times, I.e. when everyone is getting their winter tires on and off, you should consider having evening appointments available. As well, the shuttle service is incredibly inconvenient, which makes dropping the vehicle off for the day problematic. I used it on one occasion and it took more than an hour to get me to work, even though I was the first person dropped off. We sat in the parking lot "waiting" for over 45 minutes. One of these vehicles was purchased at your companion dealership and I prefer to have the vehicle serviced, effectively, where I bought it. However, I'm finding the service here increasingly inconvenient.

Wonderful , polite, but explanations as to why the vehicle kept stowing was not clear. They said it had low engine oil!. But there were no warning signs coming on on the dashboard!
