Very helpful and efficient!

Winter tire service and brake check. Suggested additional services. Assisted with questions about lack of 4x4 capabilities when driving on the 401 which really I should have asked for all wheel drive at time of purchase. Original salesman was not knowledgeable about my vehicle and what my needs were since I was travelling north on a regular basis.

The pre-booked tire change took 3 1/2 hours. The tires were on rims which typically takes 30 minutes. I called the Service Mgr Monday May 8th to advise him of the very poor service which is not the norm at Oxford Dodge. My husband had an extremely busy day and was not planning such a long wait considering anywhere else changes them in 30-45 mins maximum. Your team clearly overbooked Sat. am and it made the day quite stressful.

I booked the shuttle service ahead of time but when I arrived the shuttle had been overbooked and there was no room for me. How was I supposed to get to work? When I was told there'd be approx. a 1.5 hour wait I had to have my wife come and pick me up from the dealership and give me a ride to work. I was not impressed with the level of Customer Service provided.

Took my Journey in for it's second oil change, tires were rotated without asking and finished the experience with a nice car wash upon pickup.

We came in on our first day of looking for a new vehicle to replace our 10 year old van. Wayne treated us extremely well, made us feel at ease and spoke to our two kids, my wife and I to find out what we needed and wanted in a new vehicle. Also very fair trade in value given. The entire process was so simple, fun and enjoyable and I usually do not enjoy the shopping process. Well done! Blair

Although the service was friendly there was a major mix up and when I arrived at the time my car should have been done after it being there all day it was just going up to be done. There ended up being issues and nothing was done after my full day being rearranged around my service and I was almost late to pick up my daughter. I wrote an email later to inquire about the cost of the work that needed to be done and never heard back. Needless to say I was very unhappy with the service I received.

Everything was done well. Informed me of what needed to be done and the time and cost. Missed one small fix and no car wash though. Spent a lot of money so thought that would be done.
