We had the best experience here at Honda with Casey O’Neil!! She was so easy going, she made us feel welcome and helped me feel at ease when making such important decisions. She was very down to earth and listened to our needs and didn’t try to up sell us! She was magical and stayed within our budget while giving me extra! I would highly recommend!! 🙌😊

I had a fantastic experience buying a car with Tierney! She was friendly, patient, honest & transparent, and just overall very positive to go through the process with. I highly recommend Brantford Honda, and in particular Tierney as a sales representative, for anyone looking to buy a car.

Recently bought a new vehicle from here after losing my old one in an accident. Both Hunter and James were an absolute pleasure to deal with. New inventory is really tight in supply all around but they managed to get me a 2023 in just under 2 months! They were really understanding of my situation and did an amazing job explaining the process A-Z. If you are looking to get a new vehicle, I highly recommend you stop wasting your time and go speak with Hunter and James right now.

Unless there is something on the lot your really serious about buying, don't even browse here. Overbearing sales guys will bother you to death. I test drove one vehicle for ten minutes, told them I wasn't a fan and I left. I have been hounded with text messages, phone calls, and emails from more than one of them. 5 different attempts at contact in 4 days, after I asked them very firmly not to contact me again after contact #1. These guys just want to make a quick buck and unload overpriced inventory. When someone asks you to stop calling them, doing the opposite is terrible salesmanship and unless you're really lonely and need someone to talk to, you could probably find a better deal and less of an annoyance somewhere else. Seriously, stop emailing me. I don't want anything you have to offer. Just stop. I shouldn't have to unsubscribe from multiple points of contact just to test drive a used car.

Michael Lucibello was best sale person that took his time to help me pick out the car I wanted he was very patient with me when figure out the features in my new car. I am very happy with type of car I got. Definitely with recommend people I know to go see him thanks again 😀
