I started my search for a new vehicle by contacting 30 different Honda dealerships in Southwestern Ontario to find a salesperson that seemed pleasant to deal with and wanted to work with me rather than just try to make another sale. Jeff Slawich did that and more! From our first fews emails Jeff stood out from the others. He listened to me instead of pushing for in person meetings and test drives. He allowed me to take my time and happily answered all of my questions. Upon working with Jeff it was clear he enjoys what he's doing and genuinely cares about his customers and wants to help them find the right vehicle. Jeff has been a pleasure to work with and I recommend him to help with your vehicle needs.

i cannot overestimate how good the person (vali) was who looked after us....he met us on the lot and from that moment all went well.......he is one of the best /personable salesmen i have met (i'm 83 and have bought a lot of cars)....we negotiated for some time on a new honda cvr and he was excellent and professional at every turn.......he was prepared to listen and discuss every aspect of our discussions........in the end result we were satisfied with our trade amount and the final price.......all salespeople should be of his calibre !!!!!!.............dave clark.

Told the vehicle was in better condition, a/c worked, drove 2 hours to go see it and it’s totally not what was expected. Just be a bit price honest. Considering I love Honda’s, but stay away from your dealerships for this reason.

TERRIFIED with the experience that I had to go through today at this dealership. I drove 3 Hours from barrie to come see a vehicle here after booking an appointment for 6:30 and was informed about it that we sold the vehicle at 6:22 when I was 5 min. away from being there. Why do you guys book an appointment if that’s the case ? Why was I informed about it so late ? Who is compensating me for my time and what was the point of booking an appointment!!! What kind of customer service do you guys provide? And this is even when I CONFIRMED MY APPOINTMENT half and hour ago at 5:45pm. I would strongly recommend to not choose this dealership going further and would not even think of visiting this dealership back again.

Our experience with Brantford Honda was fantastic. Tierney was amazing to work with. She listened attentively, was very kind and walked us through the entire process of getting the vehicle we wanted.
