Great sales experience with Alex Grigorescu. All details of sale were upfront and accurate. Alex was not pushy or aggressive, it was a calm easy sales process. When i buy my next car i will definitely go a talk to Alex. If you are looking to by a VW in Ottawa don't bother visiting the other dealers just go to Bytek and talk to Alex.

A shout out for an amazing service from "Dilhan". He is a highly recommended volkswagen sales rep if you are looking for a Volkswagen model and if you like to get good deals. They lied to us and ripped us off, the sales manager attacked us and called us a liar and then denied calling us liars. Tim the sales person also lied to us
