My service vehicle (van) is currently at Dilawri Jeep Ram on Hunt Club Rd for service. I had the van towed there one week ago and they still have not even diagnosed the problem let alone fixed it. This unfortunately seems to be a pattern. I have had air conditioning issues (a separate issue from the current one) that has been outstanding since July. That issue is still not fixed even though the vehicle has been in twice since July (not counting the past week)

Some of the best staff at a dealership and I've encountered. I've had my fair share of horror stories personally and heard even more. I finally came in for pickup today. Kal, Edgar and Will were all a pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond to keep me satisfied throughout the whole process and I know I'm in good hands with them. The other gentleman were fantastic but I have to especially commend Edgar. He's the kind of guy you want working on your team. Keep up the good work.
