We recently purchased a truck and were very pleased with the excellent service from the entire team. Lazarus was the sales representative who assisted us. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very personable. He answered all of our questions and went out of his way to accommodate our request to pick the truck up earlier than scheduled. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership and especially Lazarus.

Originally bought my 2019 Ram at Barrhaven, swithed here for service, booked an appointment for oil change , was told 2 to 3 hrs for the oil change when i showed up , asked if i wanted an uber , wow 3 hrs for an oil change with an appointment, how not to get repeat customers.

Worst dealership ever dealt with in my life was storing my tires and in the spring did my usual tire change from winter to spring and to my dismay found out the tires they changer over were wrong no tires bald and tried to reach several times to complain with no response keep brushing me off. Please do your self a favour and don’t buy your next vehicle with Dilawri awful people you can’t trust will never shop there again

It was an amazing experience. The guys at the showroom were welcoming and knowledgeable. Talked to Sales rep arshdeep singh who was quick to response to all my queries and provided some insightful about different vehicle . He was aware of the stuff and was totally unbiased towards my questions . Right not i am passively looking for a vehicle but will buy from here once i am more actively looking for a vehicle .
