After our Kia Rondo met an untimely demise, we visited first this dealership as we had previously purchased a vehicle and had had excellent service. We dealt with Lazarus, an extremely friendly and welcoming salesman, as well as the sales manager Kal and the finance manager Charbel. All three worked as a team to get us the best possible deal on a vehicle we wanted and equally important, could afford. They understood our needs and there was zero pressure at each phase of the sales process. While we are relatively new customers to this dealership, I think we have found our go to place to purchase future vehicles!

One representative says they buy all make models another say they dont deal with luxurious cars. Have some same answers and suggestion for clients. Poor management

The entire staff in that premises was friendly and respectful. I worked with Neo when I was looking for a used Tiguan and he was very professional and helpful. He tried his best to accommodate all my preferences and needs.

I came in and Anthony was of great help. I was not having a great time dealing with phone operators and there was a part that I was told had arrived but it was not on file so nowhere to be found .Anthony got it done during my time there with no extra charges to me other than the part itself. Glad I went in and spoke with someone face to face . Thanks Anthony !

Awful customer service! They could not answer any of my husband's questions & directed all their attention to me for some biased reasons & i wont be driving the truck anyway. They were not receptive to communicating with my husband at all like come on he is not scary. Why is it white collar dudes are intimidated by blue collar guys? Just make eye contact and answer his questions but I guess that's too difficult.

I recently bought a ram 1500 truck from Lazarus who was extremely helpful throughtout the process. There were issues at the beginning of the purchase but all staff worked hard to resolve the problems. Thanks to my salesperson Lazarus and staff it is a great truck.
