My wife practically sold herself her jeep. There is 0 communication between employees, no one knew what the others were doing and no one ever did what they said they would, right down to the last day of pick up where they canceled because of a mess up in paperwork they had over a month to prepare. Totally disappointed in the experience of buying here. They got 1 star because our new truck is beautiful and my wife loves it...they on the other hand are ridiculous!

I have made multiple enquiries into this 2012 Xterra Pro-4X. This has been advertised for forever as a Manual transmission Xterra yet I have pointed out numerous times it is the more common Automatic transmission, pics show this to be so also. Additionally there are multiple ads for this inaccurate Nissan advertisement and this is also a Kijiji violation. What a waste of space and time Dilawri Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram are. Their sales staff do not care about details or a potential buyer. Buyer beware!

Great experience at this dealership, bought a 2019 dodge ram, made my purchase super fast and was very professional, Edgar helped me make my purchase and he was awesome, communication was great and very easy would recommend this dealership to anyone!
