Part 2/2 (4) Not to mention, I have a very trusted mechanic (I am very fortunate) who did a full inspection following the purchase. I did this to ensure my vehicle was ready for a long road trip out the NS. Well, they documented photos and videos of the inspection and clearly noted some issues that could be major safety risks and they mentioned that they would not have passed a safety for the vehicle until those issues were fixed. I did not bother bringing this up to this dealer because at this point, I realize they just won't do anything to benefit their customers. It does make me concerned enough that I may want to raise this to the province of Ontario as a legitimate complaint to prevent others from being in danger. This happens more often than you would believe at dealerships as they are servicing their own vehicles for sales. It's a simple way to save cash on their end - and unfortunately, unless it's properly documented... They get away with it. So be careful with this dealer! (5) And of course, the frustration of their poor salesmanship. Constantly having to drive 30 minutes to and from, even when they called the Ubers (twice), they ordered it to the wrong address (and it was THEIR address!). The Uber driver even got made at me for their mistake. If they happen to be doing a recall part, they get reimbursed for Uber rides so they will freely give them away only in this instance. Having to follow-up with them continuously, be told I'd hear back, and then nothing would come of it. Even when raising safety concerns. There was even a lady there at the time I heard she had been waiting 4 hours when they said it would take 1 hour for an oil change. She was not too happy. FYI, I do my own oil change in 15 minutes. And I am no pro. Moral of the story, don't deal with these folks for used vehicle purchases - or do, and be seriously disappointed. My friends and family all got a good laugh out of the obscenity of this situation. Just a massive headache all around, and I am still waiting for final servicing promised at the time of sale. Giving two stars because at least the staff smiles while they neglect you.

Part 1/2 I warn anyone who is going the used route - DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS DEALER. While there were a few friendly faces, the quality of service is incredibly poor. The sales staff is entirely unaware of anything mechanical, so they are unable to discuss or address mechanical issues or questions with you, they also do not encourage any discussion between the client and the service department's mechanics or managers. I recommend emailing service directly if you require their attention as they are more receptive than anyone in sales. They do not disclose full information about the condition of the vehicle, either - so you will be gambling in any purchase of a used vehicle. Be certain to bring someone knowledgeable with you and inspect and inquire about EVERYTHING. I had to return five times after the sale and the issues that should have been addressed remain unresolved, even a month later. They do not respect your time or money in this regard. Just some issues I encountered: (1) The day I picked up my vehicle, I noted that the calipers appeared rusted, and they promised they had done the brakes during the safety. You could see that there were new rotors and pads, but I expressed concern about the calipers, surprised that they weren't seized. Sure enough, within 20 minutes on the highway, black smoke began billowing out of the wheel well. I pulled over, let them cool, and returned the vehicle immediately. Fortunately, they agreed to cover the cost of the service to replace the one seized caliper. Not to mention, when I explained this issue to sales, what I said went right over their head and they had to bring me to service for them to document and understand the issue. And yes, they confirmed that the issue was exactly as I detailed. (2) When I made my purchase, the sales rep had expressed to me that the hard top was currently on the Jeep, and that the soft top was included and left in the back of the Jeep. As I was pulling off the lot, one of the sales reps made mention that I shouldn't bother putting the soft top on for this season because it was a difficult task. Given this is my first Jeep, I was excited and did so anyway when I arrived home. Guess what? The soft top was not complete. The 4 door surrounds were in fact missing, and upon me raising this concern, I was asked by the sales rep "so, if there were a rip in the soft top, you'd just expect us to fix it?" ... I stated that yes, when told you are getting a soft top, you expect to be getting a functioning, complete soft top. If there were damage or missing parts, that should be mentioned and, in this sale, it never was. Very deceitful. Point here, they should have given me the parts that I was told the Jeep would have, instead, they quoted me $2, 000 for parts I found and installed on my own for just $350. (3) I was told during the sale that there would be an alignment complete. The senior sales rep proceeded to say that would never be included, and that it would cost... yup. $1000. In what world? Alignments are usually $100-150 for my sedan at a reputable shop. A Jeep would absolutely be no more than $300. So they either don't know anything about vehicles, they are desperate for cash, or they simply just did not want to do the work.

Avoid this place if you can. Delivered us a super dirty van. The van had pending body work which had to be done before the sale but wasnt completed on time and we were promised a detailing service. Currently we are being bounced between sales and service to book a time to get the pending work done. Cherry on top - we were not given signed documents on delivery because no manager was available that day. And after many follow ups and denials we only managed to get a scan. Deserves zero star for poor customer service. Lesson learned

I worked with Edgar to purchase a new to me truck. Edgar and the team went above and beyond...I went to multiple dealerships and I got the best deal by far at Dilawri. There was no hassle, and they worked with to get my truck just right. I have been buying from them for the last 10 years, and that won't change. Thanks again!

Drove 2.5 hrs on Saturday to pick you my new jeep wrangler unlimited gecko pearl coat green super exited trade in my grand cherokee limited Blair and Kumar were awsome Blair treated like a true custumer and we did a deal ver the phone when i got there I was in and out within 30min then i drove back home ,fast and easy to deal with you guys,you guys earnd my business in the future thx again Denis

Extremely happy with Will. I live two hours away from the dealership and have terrible cell phone service, we were able to do a deal over email and pick-up was extremely easy and quick, vehicle was even ready early upon request. Highly recommend doing business here.

Service department is not good. In the last five months, my Dodge Journey has been in 4 times with the same issue. Each time they told us it was something different. We listened to them and did the repairs, thousands of dollars later it is still doing it. I went on two rides with the mechanic. On the second ride, he told me it was my tires. It was not. Today I called to see how the repairs are going. Was put on hold for over 35 minutes. They were rude. In the end, I had to physically go into the shop to find out the status of my vehicle. Will NEVER purchase a vehicle from them again. How can a 5 year old car with minimal mileage need a new rear differential? Worst service.
