This week I traded my 2013 Chevy Impala for a 2016 Jeep Cherokee. It's beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. Rod was great, a very helpful salesman with extensive knowledge and made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. I was also helped by Will in finance, who kindly explained everything to me and made me feel confident in my purchase. Thanks again, I definitely recommend this dealership.

A terrible dealership to get your car from! One person says your file is absolutely good and other one declines even without looking at it. No professionalism. No follow up service. I have been trying to reach someone from over a month now and other than directing to voicemails they are good for nothing. No one is accountable for the bad service but rather forwarding it to other department saying this is not our concern to deal.

This is for the service department: We received a phone call from them asking us if we want to book an appointment for service and that they will give us a no charge inspection and oil change (I have a oil change package). And they told us we will have a loaner till the work is done. I wouldn’t have booked the appointment if they did not offer a loaner. Of course I get to the front desk. The service department looked absolutely clueless and when I mentioned that the person who called us said it was free, he just completely ignored it and said that’ll be $170. I’m not sure if you think we have the time just for you to try and bait us to come in and go like ahhh might as well do it ! Total waist of time Oh and no loaner, Uber only. I don’t know how you guys are in business.

Terrible service experiences. No reply to emails or phone calls trying to resolve bubbling paint on the hood for months, finally brought my van in for a warranty repaint of the hood at their Body Shop and the hood latch sensor was damaged causing the hybrid system to malfunction and check engine light. They said it could be up to 2 weeks for an appointment to diagnose/repair the issue so I had to go to another dealer to resolve, Chrysler refuses to cover the cost of the hood latch sensor.

Hands down the best experience I have had at any dealership. Edgar found me the perfect truck at the perfect price. Had everything I was looking for and then more. Edgar was great to deal with and easy to reach at any point. Charbel the finance guy was unreal and got me such a good deal on the truck. The team at Dilawri is a bunch of good guys and I 100% recommend if anyone needs a vehicle to head here for a quality experience. These guys are magicians.

Extremely poor Service department. Service Manager has no clue how to provide customer service. She has wasted my time on 5 occasion and I had enough. I go in for a warranty fuel pump replacement after being booked in. As I come in for my appointment that they booked me for, I get told by her (Service Manager) that they will not take my car as it is full of fuel and I need to bring it back when it empty. Did anyone tell me this during the booking for the appointment call. Nope! No attention to details what so ever. Service Manager was indifferent to the time she wasted. Not her problem so does not care. The Service Manager provides min service levels, min effort levels and bottom line just does not care. She brings a bad name to a good sale team. Why they keep her around is beyond me. That said I am done wasting my time with Dilawri Customer Service Department. I am now taking my car to Southbank Bank (dealership) where customer service means something to them. We are all busy people. Not wasting other people time mean caring for the other person. Time sucking vampires like customer Service Manager at Dilawri have no place in my life.
