Poor and unprofessional service and a complete waste of time! I made an offer for a vehicle (kijiji ad) on Monday. Kumar from Jeep on Hunt Club declined my offer and said that anything below the asking price, he will advise me to come in and to put an offer on the table. On Tuesday morning, I received an email from Kumar informing me that if I am able to come in today to put the offer on the table at the dealership. I booked an appointment with him for 6pm to finalize the deal. When I went to the dealership in the evening I met with Blair and Kumar. Blair invited me to take the car for a spin and I decided to buy it. I pointed out to Blair that the price on the paperwork is not what Kumar and I agreed on. After waiting a few minutes, Kumar told me the manager is not accepting my offer and he can’t do anything about it. I told him you were already aware of my offer and you contacted me this morning and asked me to come in to the dealership to finalize the deal. If your manager didn’t (or was not going to) accept the offer, why did you contact me? Why did you ask me to come in to the dealership? Of course I didn’t get any answer. He then started talking about something totally irrelevant like the price of the vehicle may increase next week, and if I can increase my down payment. Seriously? What happened was not acceptable, unprofessional and irresponsible. Do yourself a favour and go to any other dealerships who can appreciate your business and stand by their words!

I traded in my vehicle for a used vehicle and was very satisfied with my experience at Dilawri Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. I had a lot of fun doing business with the sales team. Especially with Edgard and Charbel. Their welcome was really very pleasant. Business Manager Charbel, gave me excellent service by managing to deliver my vehicle quickly by having all the repairs done and he also took care of having the SAAQ inspections and Quebec registration done. I highly recommend this dealership. Well done to all of your team!

I was very much interested in buying a 2 door sports, I left my information with Rod and is (manager lol) they never got back to me, it was terrible service. Think twice before shopping there. I did find one in Montreal today, so sad for these guys. My total appologi, spoke with Rod and he had responded but email wrongly spelt.

(Translated by Google) This place combines everything that makes people dislike buying a car. At first contact we are slow to return our call. When we call the receptionist transfers me to anyone except my salesman. A manager gets on the line without introducing himself to add details in the middle of a sentence from his salesman. They refuse to do credit checks in advance before I show up for a test drive, telling me that I will have to come to the branch twice. I was offered $2k for my vehicle (I refused this insulting offer and sold it myself for a little over $16k). My seller is not present when I take possession; it is one of his colleagues who finds a post-it on his computer screen to inform him of my arrival. And the icing on Sunday, after ensuring with the two sellers that I will pay the displayed price... the finance representative adds a credit fee of $499 which I ask him to remove. He then adds a fee of $799 for a premium package even though the car is sold "as is" and he is unable to explain to me what is included in the package. Never two without three it adds a preparation fee of $399. I tell him for the 3rd time that I want to pay the displayed price and that I refuse any other "extra" he calls me an S.O.B. before finally making a compliant contract. I wish the majority of employees had a moment to introspect before leaving this toxic place. Maybe some people will be able to reorient themselves to find a career that excites them rather than a job that they hate as much as the people who walk through the front door of this establishment. On refuse de faire les vérifications de crédit à l'avance avant que je me soit présenté pour faire un essai routier me disant que je devrai venir en succursale à deux reprises. On m'offre 2k$ mon véhicule (j'ai refusé cette offre insultante et j'ai vendu par moi-même pour un peu plus de 16k$). Mon vendeur n'est pas présent lors de ma prise de possession c'est un de ses confrères qui trouve un post-it sur son écran d'ordinateur pour l'informer de ma venue. Et la cerise sur le Sunday, après m'être assuré avec les deux vendeurs que je paierai le prix affiché... le représentant des finances ajoute des frais de crédit de 499$ que je lui demande d'enlever. Il ajoute alors des frais de 799$ pour un premium package alors que l'auto est vendue "tel quel" et qu'il est incapable de m'expliquer ce qui est inclus dans le package. Jamais deux sans trois il ajoute des frais de préparation de 399$. Je lui répète pour la 3e fois que je veux payer le prix affiché et que je refuse tout autre "extra" il me traite de S.O.B. avant de finalement faire un contrat conforme. Je souhaite à la majorité des employés d'avoir un moment pour faire une introspection avant de quitter cet endroit toxique. Peut-être que certain pourrons se réorienter pour trouver une carrière qui les passionne plutôt qu'un job qu'ils détestent autant que les gens qui franchissent la porte d'entrée de cet établissement.

We purchased 2022 Pacifica/Grand Caravan from Dilawri at Hunt Club. Blair Patterson did an excellent job as the sales rep, attentive and supportive of our questions and requests. He took action at his level, without overdue process common for less confident agent. Khalid Hanhan did his role as the sales manager in networking with other Chrysler dealers to get the model and colour of our van, albeit with complications and a delay. He promptly compensated with a gas coupon and also influenced on the reduction of admin fee incurred in recognition of the 5th vehicle purchased from Dilwari by us, as loyal returning customers since 2007. Thank you to the Dilwari sales team, who were highly positive throughout.
