No body deals like Dilawri, exactly they are worse here. They do not honor warranty from manufacture's time frame and under kilometers. Customer service is worse in service department. They have only positive review in sales department. Stay away from service department. ● First when i dropped my vehicle lady in front desk said yes your vehicle is cover under warranty you do not have to pay anything. ● Later She said your warranty is over. You will have to pay. That time they didnt mention at all whats the problem caused by. ● They charged me more than the extra money then it shouldnt be. ● I called to FCA and confirmed with them, they said its cover under warranty. ● Again next day i called this dealer and explained what FCA said. Lady in front desk of service department said ok bring your vehicle in we will fix under warranty. ● Few hours after she called and said it cannot be cover under warranty because its damage by something. ● Seriously it took you24hrs to find a stupid reason to refuse warranty. ● I emailed the service manager no reply from her. ● They are rude . ● They made my car dirty with grease. ● Very unprofessional.

Bought a vehicle from them around 5 years ago and had a lower than average experience. Have since sold it and continue to get service reminder calls from them. This has been going on for months, sometimes several times a week. I have called numerous times to be removed from their list and it still continues. Will not be recommending this dealership to anyone nore going back with my business. Stay away!

Brought my new 2021 Dodge Ram pickup truck for an oil change and a tire change with a wheel balance at Dilawri Chrysler Hunt Club location. Even though I had an appointment it took almost 3 hours. 1) My vehicle finally returned from the mechanic pit with damage ! 2) 4 tires on rims were simply tossed in every direction in my rear cargo box, instead of place neatly, as per my request therefore the Service Advisor noted on work order. 3) Tire pressure was never performed. 4) Oil/Greace/Dirt was left on my leather console. 5) Even had 1 chewing gum taken/stolen out of a new unopened chewing gum pack. 6) Radio was turned on and on a station that I never listen too. 7) Top off Washer Fluid was not done. I returned the following morning to address my complaint to the service manager Jessica Andrews and she made me feel like she couldn't be bothered. * Customer highly disgusted and upset ! Very angry that I purchased my vehicle from this dealership !

Sales are fine. Not impressed with service. On one occasion I brought my vehicle in to check an engine noise. They told me it was fine, but the car broke down one km from the dealership. They had missed the problem. Another time, I brought it in for a last check and service before end of warranty. Next time I opened the hood, I discovered they broke my engine cover while pushing it back on - broken right in half at the points they pushed down to snap it back on - and let me drive away like that. Not going back.

We recently traded our pick-up truck for a minivan with Rod at Dilawri Chrysler and had a fantastic experience. Rod was extremely helpful, we had quite a few questions before picking up our new vehicle and Rod was very quick to answer all of our emails. I would definitely recommend Rod in particular! We were able to pick up the vehicle at the scheduled date and time and it was spotless! Our son and dogs will definitely enjoy all of the extra space in the van!

Solid group of people. We worked with Edgar to get into a great new vehicle and he pulled out all the stops to make sure we found the right one. Due to the cold, we had some issues getting a test drive started, but they were all hands on deck to get it going. The whole team was great and friendly. Highly recommend.

Picked the coldest day of the year to look at pickup trucks and Blair was always upbeat and showed us a number of trucks that would fit our needs. Finally decided on a used Nissan Titan. Worked out the price quickly and purchased the vehicle. Everything was smooth from finance with Mo to the day we picked up truck! Runs and performs great and highly recommend Blair to anyone looking for personalized service when looking for there next vehicle!
