Everyone we interacted with at the dealership was excellent. No issues whatsoever. Our new Jeep was ready to go sooner than expected and everyone was very thorough in making sure we were getting exactly what we asked for. I wouldn’t hesitate to send a friend or family member to the group of guys at this dealership!

I came in to test drive the 2021 jeep compass. The sales rep Ahmad was very pleasant to deal with. He was very knowledgable and helped me understand the car and how payments would work. I recommend you see him when you go shopping for a car.

Lack of transparency and poor service. I went in to buy a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo Altitude package in August. The first issue I faced is lack of transparency when i sold them my vehicle to trade it for a new one, I told them the price that I wanted it to sell it for and they agreed to give me that price, at the siging agreement it was lower by 2,000 dollars and they started changing their words. 2. Finance manager didnt even take the time to share and explain the process nor review the agreement as he wasnt able to sell me any additions (i.e warranty, tints..etc). 3. I was promised to receive a paint marker for the tiny chip when i received the car and no one ever called. 4. MSRP mentioned $49k but they sold it to me for $62K and I only found out after i bought the car. I now own the most expensive Laredo you can ever buy. 5. I received and email survey and provided my experience. Following the survey, I received a call from Jeep Canada and went through a thorough discussion about my poor experience and was promised that someone from Dilawry Jeep would call me and with no surprise, its been several months without a call back. After having went through this, I regret buying the car and specially from this dealership, to the point I tried selling the car and I dont to have any association with this brand nor dealer, but all i received for it was $49K which is less than what I bought for and market value for a similar new car is $50-55k. This my experience sharing it for you to consider before purchasing from Dilawry

Shopping for a new truck or car... try them. Car and truck deals suck, they cost too much and you're likely to get little for your trade. I've argued, fought and cursed many times but I'm at my 7th vehicle with Dilawri and honestly I'd pick no other dealer to get down to business with. Always get what I want, every single time.

Recently inquired about trading in my Caravan for a Ram 1500. I received excellent customer service from both the salesman and the sales manager in finding me the best options and deal for my trade-in. They went over and beyond to insure that I got the best deal while paying close attention to detail when it came to receiving my new truck and ensuring it’s condition was ideal! The sales manager even threw in a new set of winter tires after the deal was made because he found the current tires were not as good condition as he thought.
