If I could I would rate lower. My own mechanic inspected my car for a misfiring problem. Sent me there because nothing was wrong with it and it could only be the PCM. Brought it on the Tuesday, I explained the entire situation, brought the list of inspections that were already made on my vehicle. When I went back, the told me my pcm just needed and update which was cover under warranty. I told them are you sure it will resolve the issue. The said the rest was fine and this would solve the problem. Morning after, my car was having the same problem, as I told them it would. I had to bring it back. They said that injector #1 needed to be replaced, something my mechanic already checked, and that they did not see on the first inspection on the Tuesday! Now I am trying to talk with the service manager and nobody is calling me back. they kno my warranty is expiring soon, they are probably stretching time so I have to pay for it. I got a call last night from the Service manager and they don't want to look into the pcm if I don't change the injector first... what a scam!

The people at Dilawri Dodge Jeep on Huntclub were amazing throughout my purchase of my new 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 Classic. From Jeff to Pat in sales to the gentleman that got me an Uber extra fast, were fantastic. Even though we spend a lot of money buying vehicles, it is a refreshing feeling when the staff make you feel good about your purchase and not just another tick on the sales chart. Thanks to all that participated in my purchase. I love my new truck and my friends too. I have no problem sending my friends or family to Dilawri on huntclub to see if they can find their dream vehicle.

Went to get brand new winter tires installed at a garage that has been in business over 40 years that I used for years. They said lower ball joints done so he will not install tires because he can not guarantee tires because in approx 1000km they tire will be done(shop can see damage to my tires I have on now, and when I drive truck I can feel it is the front end) & (the shop knows I have extended warranty on truck and has 0 to gain if I get them changed or not) And Dodge charged me 84.19$ to inspect said they are ok. So bring truck home and check myself and they are done. take to dodge and they say they are within the limit and will not change ( within limit meaning what? they will need to be changed in a month or two, another trip to Ottawa, another lost day of work, another set of front winter tires) . I paid 6000$ for extended warranty and they charge you to look at vehicle with warranty and now it will cost me 551 each side to change myself. sad. Just sad. DO NOT GET EXTENDED WARRANTY ITS A TRAP. Very upset right now. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY

I had a great experience at this dealership… Rod McLeod was super friendly and helpful, very professional and easy to talk to, no high pressure sales tactics, made me feel very comfortable. The staff including Paul Spadaccini were very professional and easy going. The whole process was easy and smooth, and I love my new Toyota Corolla. So happy with the service and I’d recommend it to all my friends and family.

Purchased a used vehicle here 3 yrs ago and only had extremely bad experience and service ever since… I regret buying this car and have been having issues ever since it left the lot. The only reason I am going back here is because they are the only place which can honor the extended warranty!.. Thank god Matthew in Service understands what proper customer service is!

Getting service done is frustrating. I have booked a few appointments to get simple oil changes done. I drive in from the country (only because I have the extended warranty) I book an 8 o'clock appointment and by 2 pm the oil change is still not done. If the time you booked your appointment actually had a purpose I would be much happier with the service. Codes are not always cleared from the computer. I will get reminders 1000 kms after my oil change, that I am now due for an oil change. Other lights which they have checked and were supposed to clear, have come on right after they checked them.
