We had an older vehicle and were considering an upgrade to something more reliable. We decided to stop by at a few other dealers in Calgary and the service was poor at best. We decided to stop in at South Trail Chrysler as its close to home for us. From the second you walk into the building its an incredible experience. We were greeted right away by Yannick as we walked through the show room. He was an amazing person to deal with, he is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and really willing to go the extra mile to help you. There was never any pressure on us to make a decision and he worked hard to get us the best vehicle for us. We have told our family and friends about our experience there and would suggest it to anyone looking for a great vehicle. Yannick was a great representative of the business and we will be back to deal with him again for our next purchase.

I'm feeling sort of mixed about my experience with the service dept here this week. Did they do what I requested and address my concerns about a possible warranty issue on my vehicle? - Yes. I'm cautiously optimistic that the problem could actually be solved this time. Fingers crossed. But I was left with a vaguely dissatisfied feeling in terms of the customer service I received. While I appreciate the sense of casualness and familiarity they are trying to foster here- there is a point where it can be perceived as careless and inattentive. 1. You should be asking your client FIRST if they want to communicate by texting, not just assuming that I will because it's easier for YOU and avoids having to actually have a conversation with me. 2. Customer Service is about the customer You are dealing with NOW. On both occasions while standing there talking with my adviser- He literally cut me off, picked up the phone and had lengthy conversations (15 mins!!!) with other parties- ON SPEAKERPHONE , leaving me standing there - If it wasn't for the fact that I needed some further documentation I would have walked right out. That's just plain RUDE. Answer the phone, ask to put the other person on hold- deal with the customer in front of you first-- or let it go to voicemail-- it's that simple. 3. It doesn't seem that it's behavior limited to one adviser only- while I was standing there waiting, a potential client pulled into the bay- waited for 10 minutes and drove right out again- Not one employee had acknowledged she was even there! There wasn't any other cars in the whole bay - customer lost. Don't get me wrong, One on one, with no other interruptions - my service adviser did a fine job. But If this dealership wants to break away from the pack with it's updated customer service model--- It has a little work to do.

I went in last weekend just to get some information and Kent Pozzo was able to help me with all my questions and help me get into a brand new Wrangler within the week! He was very professional and attentive and helped to keep me on track. He was great to work with through the sales process and he set up appointments for me to get all the extras I needed to get my new jeep to exactly what I was looking for.

Our salesman Terrance we excellent, as was financing, service and the used manager. Service on a post sale issue was done quickly and in a friendly manner.
