Kurt was helpful and knowledgeable. He responded to our wants and needs perfectly. I feel like he read our buying style and responded well. Providing us with all the information we needed and being patient giving us the time and space to think about and discuss what we wanted. We had a lot to consider and decide and Kurt helped us as much as we needed. His personality matched ours and we enjoyed the buying experience as much as possible.

Came in with my boyfriend three weeks ago, we were greeted by a Mr Andy Chan who seems to be a veteran in this car business. But from my experience , I will say we didn't really enjoy the experience with him. He seemed too pushy and the way he presented Hondas was like they were the best thing since sliced bread. He came across as a typical sales guy. The other sales person, Swap was much more balanced and if he was our main sales guy, we would have actually bought the vehicle right there .He came across as a genuine person and we enjoyed time spent with him. We ended up going to a rival Honda dealership and bought from there.

Words can't even explain the friendly ,prompt,professionalism experience the wife and I had today! the wife's a proud owner of a 2016 Chrysler Town and Country van loaded to the nines !we need to thank Dylan Foui and his entire team for making this happen!just an unbelievably awesome Team he has!I'm the type of person when I find great service ,we stick together forever!highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle this Team will hook you up!and I should also thank the Facebook friends for reminding me!thank you to everyone!and i will be back in the near future for a new truck!!!!yous ROCK!!!

They could not successfully replace a battery in my key fob and failed to offer me any compensation for the inconvenience of having to come back the next day to have it fixed. And still charged me!
