Worst experience at a dealership ever.

January 23, 2017

They don't know how to service Honda Hybrids. Came in with a red IMA light, indicating that the hybrid battery pack was dead. So they charged us $380 to replace the 12V starter battery and then go drive it and see if the IMA light goes off. Well guess what, a Civic Hybrid charges the 12V from the IMA system, which means the car's electric systems were running exclusively from the 12V battery and draining it. The car stalled in traffic while driving!! So, not realizing how badly I've been ripped off yet, not having done my own research yet, I go back to the dealership and ask what they'd take as a trade in on the 2008 Civic Hyrid. The sales guy offers me $100 value, as he says that a Hybrid with a dead IMA is undriveable and worthless. Why then charge me $380 to install a new 12V starter battery in a worthless unusable car? Their salesperson seemed more knowledgeable about hybrids than their service staff. These thieving crooks will lie, steal, and endanger their customer's lives!!!

Dissatisfied customer

January 20, 2017

I purchased a preowned 2013 CRV in December 2016. I live 7.5 hours outside of Winnipeg so the vehicle was going to be delivered to me. In transit the vehicle hit a deer and the damaged vehicle returned to Winnipeg for an autopac assessment and repair. I am dissatisfied because: - I had to request a copy of the autopac report. I am not sure that I would have seen it otherwise. - I am unsatisfied with the compensation for the damage and delay. - Since the accident I have not been kept informed of an accurate delivery date. One month later, I do not have any vehicle or an excepted delivery day.

Our experience buying a new car at Winnipeg Honda was no different than at any other dealership.

January 20, 2017

Our sales person was friendly and helpful. We were thoroughly shown all about the vehicle when we picked it up. I did not appreciate how the key/tire rim replacement insurance was included on the offer (up selling) as it seemed we were negotiating to have it removed! Also, the price for the block heater is excessive and different that your website. Finally, we had to ask about the $3000 rebate as it was never mentioned. There was only one key for our CR-V. I had to take my key to the service department and have a second key made which took some time. Surely there must have been an easier way to solve this problem. All in all, it was similar to other dealerships we have dealt with in the past.

It was exciting

January 19, 2017

I had a great experience with the staff at Honda. Everyone was very welcoming and kind. I really appreciated the fact that I wasnt taking advantage of since this was my first time financing a vehicle. I felt that they thoroughly explained my options to me very well and the enthusiasm that they infused was greatly appreciated.

Was great

As soon as I walked in was very respectful, wasn't pushy, but in lighting on the best car to suit my needs, was overall best car searching I have had.

Great Sales Experience Again

January 18, 2017

After 10 yrs returning to do business with Dylan again was a pleasure. While we had 1 very small communication glitch all was taken care of as Dylan is man of his word. .
