Service here is hella slow. The Honda by garden city is much better

Bought a pre owned car at Winnipeg Honda. Experience was okay. Noisy environment, sales men were not to pushy. Would go there again.

The entire team from the Parts Department to the Service Department were knowledgeable about tire products that would best suit our vehicle and the installation was seamless. Great experience!

Had a winter tire package change and an oil change. Service was fast and uneventful. Everyone was courteous. Was in and out in a respectable amount of time.

I took my newly leased AWD CRV on December 3 and in less than a week by December 9, 2016 it slid into the curb on icy road conditions in the city. While it is supposed to be better equipped to protect the passengers, all the TPMS, VSA, Power Steering, Road Hill Side Assistance lights go off and it was scary to drive. I took it to the dealer the following Saturday December 10 for repair. They suggested that it is better to go through the insurance company since they didn't want me to pay out of my Pocket. I understand that. Yet, since the insurance didn't have any appointments sooner than 2 weeks down the road, I asked the dealer to inspect the car and tell me if it was safe to drive it or not. That way I could have had it towed to the insurance company and I could have gotten a loaner vehicle since i have a loss of use car on my insurance plan. Hence they inspected the car and told me that yes it is drivable so i drove it on the hwy... and I had to go on 40 km/h or less. It was a very very very scary experience very unstable with me having to drive on icy highway road. All what they did was reset the lights which came back before me even leaving their parking lot. I really made it clear that i was going to drive on Highways and that I needed a clear cut answer. The dealer told me that the car was drivable. I just had to be cautious. Yet it was very unsafe and very dangerous. A very very odd experience!!

Xavier took acre of me wonderfully and listened to my needs and found a way to meet them. I left feeling good. There were some issues surrounding the vehicle after purchased, and Xavier made sure to take care of that too, when he didn't have to. Thanks for a great experience.

The scheduled appointment was on time (my car was immediately taken in), and the length of the service appointment was within the timeframe specified. All the staff were very friendly and helpful on this visit as well.
