Andy and his staff are attentive and make the purchase of a new car a great experience. Would recommend them to others.

Xavier was an excellent sales rep who treated us with respect and was encouraging and fun. We have been servicing two cars at Crown Honda since purchasing our 2015 Honda Fit. We couldn'the be more pleased.

Honda has been pretty good over the last year. In the last few months I've had to take my vehicle in for some servicing. Each time there was some type of issue. Whether it was that they didn't find the problem I brought it in for, they didn't actually have a part, or the vehicle needed to be kept and I was setup with a rental. I understand unforeseen issues do come up but it's unfortunate it's happened to me every visit.

Came in and had the vehicle looked at in a timely fashion. Was told what was wrong and the parts were ordered and the next appointment made.

My car was only eight months old and would not start last December . Was told Honda would install a trickle charger at no cost, which they did. I was told to only plug in the trickle once a week when tempature were very cold. This week in tempature of early twenties and the block heater plugged in my two year old car would not start. I plugged I. The trickle and after an hour it started. So my question is should I keep the trickle plugged in all the time, due to not driving the car a lot ?

I made an "appointment" for a Saturday and told the person that I would be waiting for the car as they did not have shuttle service on the weekend. When I arrived the person who reviewed the purpose of the appointment said I was registered as a "drop off" and that it would be a few hours. I advised that I had a scheduled appointment and was not told I would have to wait that long. It turned out that I waited just over two hours. If I had known this I would have made arrangements to be picked up but at that point it was too late. Why make an appointment if it is not going to be honored? The person doing the scheduling should advise customers that Saturdays are busy and that appointments may not be honored. This way other arrangements can be made.

Fast, efficient, excellent service all work was done in a timely manner and explained in detail. Wow wow wow wow. There's your 20 words. Good grief what a weird way to do a survey. Service at the dealership was 10 out 10. Survey rank is 1 out 10.

My block heater isn't working. I would have thought given the season and the $900 I spent, they would have checked that.

I asked if the work could be completed by a certain time and it was done even sooner than I could have hoped. I attribute that outcome to the service advisor knowing how to optimize work loads to benefit both the customer and the dealership.
