Vehicle was ready earlier than promised. Very courteous service advisor.

I asked if the work could be completed by a certain time and it was done even sooner than I could have hoped. I attribute that outcome to the service advisor knowing how to optimize work loads to benefit both the customer and the dealership.

Service was completed properly and ahead of schedule. Only thing not making this 5 stars was the problem I had getting through to an actual person on the phone to book the appointment.

Agent told me I needed a few fluid replacements and sounded like other small replacement/repairs and walked out with a %500 plus bill. Not impressed. They should tell you the cost first and then the level of risk involved or the existing status of the reservoirs/fluids so you can make a more informed decision of whether or not you want the service. Way more than I expected. However, did appreciate rotation of tires.

My most recent visit to Crown Winnipeg Honda was for an oil change; however, I have been dealing with Crown Winnipeg Honda for a very long time, for everything from minor servicing to new car purchases. I am, and always have been, impressed with your staff (knowledgeable, professional, courteous, willing to "go the extra mile"). Great job!

Fantastic service. Service managers were very pleasant and quick. I was in the building and on the shuttle in 15 minutes. Shuttle driver was very nice as well. Arrived after work to find my car ready to go. Serviced and cleaned at an affordable price by certified Honda mechanics. Thanks, Winnipeg Honda!
