Search for a 2016 CRV Touring vehicle - preferred color not achieved but reasonable explanation given and every effort made to get our second choice. Friendly and supportive experience, putting our needs/wants forefront and not using this as a means to extract more money for commission. (i.e.) Included items that are normally extra; added value to the trade-in from the original estimate. Surprise referral bonus received in the mail. Very generous. The Staff treats us like they value our business (me and my family). That makes our choice of taking our vehicle there for maintenance a very easy choice, even though we have to cross to the very opposite end of the city to get there. One thing I would like to see is valuable promotions for customers who purchased there vehicle at the same dealership. It would be an incentive for those who are looking for a new vehicle to support the same dealership through routine mtce.

I enjoyed my last Civic and I think I enjoy this one even more. It has the features I wanted and some that I really never considered but enjoy even more. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. The experience was pleasant, which surprised me as I am not a fan of dealerships in general. I would recommend you give them a chance if you are in the market for a vehicle, hopefully you will be as happy as I am.

Software upgrade and tire replair

After I got a recall notice in the mail, I made an appointment for the software upgrade. Two days before the appointment, I noticed that one tire was low. I had the dealer look at that too. I was very pleased with both repairs. However, when I got into my car, I smashed my shin on the dashboard. I cried out in pain. There was blood. Somebody had moved the seat all the way forward. If they had returned the seat to where I had left it, I would have been entirely satisfied.
