Service person (Stephanie) was friendly, cheerful and respectful. Service document was prepared expediently. Service itself (Technician unknown) was also done expediently. Stephanie then fully explained the work done as listed on the service invoice and then inquired if there were any questions.

Had a sensor and alternator replace. Service was quick and friendly. I spent $1150.00. I only wish they would have washed it too.

I brought my car in for a regular service, simply put, an oil change. I was pleased with the friendliness of the person who wrote up my order and with the person who cleared up the bill for me at the end of the service. The service itself, I can only assume was well done. Expensive but well done. My dissatisfaction lies more in the policies of this particular Honda dealership. I bought my CRV at Winnipeg Honda four years ago and I had it serviced at Crowfoot Village Honda in NW Calgary where I was living at the time. Each time I took the vehicle in for a service appointment it was returned to me washed and I was NOT charged for the oil change. This encouraged me to return to this dealership for all services. I felt like they valued me as a customer. A year ago I moved back to Winnipeg and began having my car serviced at the dealership that I paid close to 40,000 for the vehicle. I was shocked to find out that not only did I have to pay for my oil changes, but my car was not even washed for me! I paid over $500 for one of my services and was given a chit to go down the street and run the car through a carwash myself!! I am mystified by the different levels of service from the two Honda dealerships. Shouldn't there be consistency considering all CRV owners pay similar prices to buy their vehicles? Why does postal code determine the level of service a Honda owner receives? Isn't a Honda a Honda?. Very disappointing.. I feel like your dealership needs to take a look at dealerships around the country and adopt some of the practices that show customers they are valued and that they deserve top notch service.

Fob died and had to buy a new one, shocked it was not covered by extended warranty. Never had a fob by any other manufacturer have a problem in the last 15 plus years Wasn't happy, probably never purchase another Honda vehicle.
