I booked an appointment and had to wait for 1 hour and 45 minutes to get 4 tires changed :(.

Bought a car from Crown Nissan on Waverley and we had very positive experience. The staff was professional, helpful and knowledgable. Purchased my new vehicle couple weeks ago, and very satisfied with it. Shout out to my old buddy Chukz and DJ for helping me out throughout the purchase of the vehicle. I would definitely recommend anyone to visit them if you are in the market, looking for a new car. They are very friendly and accommodating.

Despite waiting over a month for this appointment, the parts for my recall were not available. This proved frustrating because it is now my responsibility to contact you in December. As well I was told on my previous appointment that having the tires put on would be an hour or so . Thus I planned to wait and did not book a courtesy car. As a result, I had to rent a vehicle for the day. Despite these two frustrations, I was pleased with my overall treatment although the tire pressure gauge is lit up on my dashboard.

The response from the Service Manager is helpful and understanding the complaints. He has shown positive attitude towards my concern regarding the damage on the tire of my newly bought CRV. The sale rep was helpful also by pointing out the fact that there was no cause of mine to the damage while being stored in Honda garage.

Search for a 2016 CRV Touring vehicle - preferred color not achieved but reasonable explanation given and every effort made to get our second choice. Friendly and supportive experience, putting our needs/wants forefront and not using this as a means to extract more money for commission. (i.e.) Included items that are normally extra; added value to the trade-in from the original estimate. Surprise referral bonus received in the mail. Very generous. A special thank you to James of the Foui Group at Winnipeg Crown Honda (Waverley). We will be back :)
