Let me tell you guys about Bank Street Kia that is owned by the Dilawri group. They are thieves and dishonest sales people. They said they would give me free winter tires they charged me. I had to fight to get back my money. They threw tire warranty in my paper work and charge me for it even though I NEVER discussed this with them. Every time I went to the dealer my bf was on the phone and neither of us discussed tire warranty. The interest rate they discussed which I have a picture of (4.99%) was not the interest rate I got and when I had ask about it RALPH said oh it only changed by a little bit. Do you call 7.26% a small difference from 4.99?? I wish I never went to them and I wished I had gone elsewhere. Their location is 5 mins from my home hence why I decided to go but I wished I drove the hour to the other kia location that I spoke with. I spoke to the sales manager about my encounter he said he would get back to me, it’s been a week. I knew he wouldn’t. I honestly don’t know how these people sleep at night when they are so dishonest. All I wanted was honesty to get my first new car. I am a very simple person and easy to deal with but because I am that way and a female they took advantage of me. Follow up after their Response below. This is a follow up to this reviews. I sent them an email as per their response below. They asked for name and number car was bought under and never heard from them again.

Avoid. Service department finds ways to rip off customers even when cars are new and under warranty, find another place. These people are scam artists. Strictly amateur hour. I repeat Avoid. Try another dealership.

Kingsley was the salesman I got my 2023 Kia Rio from. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to get me the car so much faster than I anticipated. From start to finish, he was helpful all the way. Showed me how to use everything in the car and made sure it was 100% when I came to pick up. Really appreciate the service I received.
