Went to Bank Street Kia to put my name on a waiting list for a Sportage Hybrid. A $500 refundable deposit was required which I was fine with. After filling out the request form and charging my credit card, I was sent into the finance office where I was told for the first time that a credit check was required. No mention of this previously. I asked why I need to do a credit check and get an unnecessary inquiry on my credit score on a vehicle that they don’t even have and is 4-6 months away. The answer was, “that’s just how this dealership works buddy”. I should have walked out right then and there. I purchase/lease vehicles every 2-3 years. Dealerships are going to be in for a rude awakening when supply chain issues get resolved and they need to compete for customers again. The customers they disrespected now aren’t going to be returning later.

First time purchasing a (used) vehicle at this location and had an overall very positive experience. Younes was very helpful in the process from start to end. We called to book the first viewing of the car and upon arriving Younes had everything prepared in advance - car was out-front, warmed up and running. He gave us the space to examine the car in detail. When we finally came back to pick up the car our experience was just as smooth. Similarly the car was prepared well in advance (in fact it was ready 3 hours ahead of the scheduled pick-up time) and fairly thoroughly cleaned up. We once again were given the space and time to inspect the vehicle as thoroughly as we liked. The oil was changed, fluids filled, battery replaced, even the engine bay was cleaned up. Ralph also helped explain the finance side of things in a clear and concise manner. Was also very understanding of our various methods of payment options day of. Thank you! To summarize, we were extremely pleased with Younes, Ralph and the overall experience at the dealership. At no point were we prodded into purchasing something we 1) were not looking for and/or 2) not in our budget - things we consistently experienced at other dealerships while looking for a car. Thank you for making an otherwise stressful experience a pleasant one.

We had a very good experience at this location! We bought our first car (used) together with my fiance, and Younes was very accommodating & patient throughout the whole process. All our questions were answered and the car pickup was quick and easy. With the help of Ralph, the financing portion of the process was also as smooth as could be. Thank you both!

Ziad and Ralph handled my deal and made the whole process really easy, they were very helpful and spend enough time to help me explore my options along with explaining other additional information.
