Sold me a "lemon" car.. Had a 1900 car repair bill just getting the vehicle..Stop getting your friends to up your ratings.... HONESTY IS A GOOD POLICY.. you asked me to send invoices for compensation and then legit Hesham suddenly "doesn't know who I am" (but have whole text convo to prove it, but not worth it anymore).. Karma sucks..things like this will eventually come to light how you sell people lemon cars and take no responsibility for anything after. A vehicle that had a corrupt coding system that COULDN'T EVEN READ CODES to be safetied before hand... and then a REAR DIFFERENTIAL UNIT REPAIR..... should NOT be the customers issue.. no matter what the situation. Told they would have a meeting about "compensating me" and that was LABOUR DAY WEEKEND.... Every time I try to follow up Hesham continues to ignore my calls, answers the call and hangs up and totally avoids.. taking advantage of people like this isn't cool.

We appreciate your initial enthusiasm and are truly heartbroken by your swift descent into disillusionment. Firstly, we do apologize for the hour-long drive you undertook. We understand that a trip to see us can be a monumental event. Concerning your claim about the large repairs, as you chose not to have your vehicle diagnosed, we remain puzzled by the cost determination? It's fascinating that such glaring issues eluded us but somehow became more evident 4 months later and after 12,0000Kms of driving. Regarding the $100 diagnosis fee, we regret that our policy of charging for diagnostic services unless the repairs are completed with us didn’t meet your expectations. While we did provide you with a complimentary oil change, we must draw the line at free mechanical diagnostics. Outlandish, we know. Interestingly, our phone system records show no trace of your calls from April 30 through July 31, and your original salesperson seems to have no recent recollection of contact either. It’s almost as if there’s a gap in the communication continuum and merely noting the inconsistencies in your review. In closing, we strive to "do better" as you so eloquently advised. We're always here to diagnose any mechanical issues, and as previously mentioned, the fee is waived if you proceed with the service. Remember that you have 3 remaining complimentary oil changes and we appreciate your reminder of the joys and challenges of customer trust.

absolutely love the place and the help that they gave me. i was looking to get a car and in need of advice and Brendon gave me the proper advice, i needed and thanks to him i know what i must work on to get my dream car from empire auto group

fraud is the real term for what they do falsify documents after being signed to get approval from lenders then they threaten you to take down reviews Omvic needs to pull the plug on these shady dealers should have negative star ratings to use

They don't understand their warranty's and sell them as they see fit, after a purchase I was lead to believe a rot issue would be covered but the warranty company claims not covered. Constant finger pointing has lead me to the conclusion they have no clue what they are doing with workers scamming people for profit.
