I came to Auto Match by Jacksons because I was potentially needing to purchase a used car as I had been in an accident. The staff at Auto Match made, by far and away the most positive experience I've ever had at a Used Car Dealership. Roshan was knowledgeable about the product, welcoming, very professional and it was refreshing to see that he was actually a car enthusiast. After I got news back that my car was being repaired, he even requested that I bring it by to show him! Even though I did not purchase a vehicle, I have recommended the dealership to friends.

We had a torque converter repaired under warrenty and they put the steering wheel on crooked. They won't fix it unless we purchase tires from them for some reason. Its very annoying with wheel controls to have a crooked steering wheel. Great car but bad service. Next day: After going back the service the department seem to make a valiant effort to change our opinion. The steering wheel still isn't fixed but they promised a price match and discount on tire purchase and went above and beyond to inform and fix a broken rust Module. Thank you Toyota service, we will be back now.

Purchased a Toyota Tacoma SR5, V6 (4x4) in May 2017. Wyatt Brooks, and Tom Marlow worked together as a powerhouse team! Jackson's Toyota wouldn't of been the same without these two; top rate professionalism and expediency. 10/10.
