Rosario provided us with a very positive experience. We felt very comfortable with her right from the beginning. She was very knowledgeable about the product we were buying and never hesitated to give us an answer to our questions. She took an interest In us as a couple, not just in regards to a deal she wanted to make with us. She was very interested in being sure that the car we were looking at would really meet our needs. A problem discovered prior to delivery was very efficiently handled.

Jackson Toyota has such a good customer service. Roshan helped me and my wife in deciding to purchase the right car we went for 1 and we end up buying 2 we want to thanks Roshan he is very friendly and polite gentleman.

Fantastic experience dealing with Eric on buying our 7th Toyota from Jackson. Eric is very patient and non pushy. I had multiple questions and stopped in to see him several times before making our final purchase, and each visit he was very professional and informative. Highly recommend!
