No pressure, competent service

Lots of patience with my questions and no pressure after two test drives of different vehicles. They went out of their way to help me with my decision. They have confidence in their product so they don't have to supplement with tactics that can otherwise verge on the inappropriate. An excellent experience from beginning to end.

Will NEVER buy another car there. The first salesmam I was talking to was Adam and he was amazing but everyone after that was a disater. Bought a 2010 Lancer from them and it took them 8 days for me to actually get the car because the mechanics didnt know how to fix the dip stick in it, after getting fed up i tried talking to the mechanic and he was by far the rudest person i have talked to in a while, he ignored me for the first 10 minutes of me trying to talk to him until i had to go find another salesman to get him to answer my questions. After finally being able to drive the car 5 days into driving it I noticed a leak. My transmission fluid was leaking everywhere!! So when I took it back to the dealership to fix because its all under warranty they tell me that its a $1200 fix and I have to pay for it out of pocket! I was told I had a full warranty for everything!! After figuring that out I had a pretty heated dissucsion with the salesman i was talking to, he then left to go talk to the mechanics to then come back and tell me "nevermind it isnt a problem the car is okay" ???? When I asked to speak with Adam the salesman refused to let me speak with Adam, and also refused to let me talk to the general manager. So now I have a rental car and they still wont tell me what is wrong with this car they just sold me. This dealership is a joke and i will never buy another vehicle here again.
