Good experience with manager. Looking to upgrade if the $ had been right. But not based on excellent low mileage of my car. Still love being with the Kia family. :)

Dealership manager is extreme unprofessional

Was sold a used vehicle with MANY problems that they have yet to address although I've been bringing it in and complaining since I originally purchased the vehicle. Spoke to the dealership manager who ended up walking away from me and my mother, have never been treated so badly by an employee let alone the dealership manager. Unbelievable. The service manager was quite nice but does not excuse the POOR behaviour of the overall manager.

Worst used car I ve bought had to change tires 2 weeks after purchase the brakes needed to be done too wheelbearing s and rebuilt the rear end pay 11000 and had to put 5500 to get it to standard condition
