I recently bought a new Kia 2017 Soul. The salesman was patient explained all that I wanted to have explained.

We waited a considerable amount of time for the replacement part to be ordered and it was only done so after calling the sales manager. We were told it would take two hours for the repair. We drove one hour to the appointment and were told it would take 4 hours. We left instructions to call my cell if there were any issues and requested that the car be charged (it is an EV). We returned 4 hours later to find that nothing had been done. Apparently they could not find the part that was needed. There had been no phone call and the car had not been charged and the winter tires had not been removed. So I was trapped in Ottawa with dead batteries and an hour long drive home. Service manager tried to deflect saying he had not set up the work. They finally brought car in to charge and change tires wghen miraculously they found the part. A four hour day had become a 10 hour day when a simple phone call to explain the initial problem would have rectified the situation adequately I was not impressed

The service I received was absolutely horrid. This sales process took close to 3 weeks to complete. The sales guy I met on my initial visit left the company a couple days after I started the process. The person I originally saw for financing did not follow up as promised and never saw or heard from him again. After calling and leaving messages unsuccessfully, I made a trip back to the dealership and met with the finance manager who informed me that he didn't have access to my information but would get back to me the next day. 5 days later with no callbacks, I returned again and was told I had been approved for a vehicle no where close to what I had originally looked at. I requested we look at other vehicles and test drove one from the Kia lot. During the drive, I noticed there was a wobble/shake from the tires and informed the sales rep who accompanied us on the drive. I was assured this issue would be fixed before the vehicle was released, along with the front bumper being repaired, the windshield replaced (car report showed claim) , driver sunvisor replaced, and the side door painted. I was told the vehicle still needed to pass a safety. I decided to proceed with the purchase. 3 days later, I was finally told the bank didn't approve a 60 mth term, and it needed to be switched to a 55 mth term and had to return once again to sign new paperwork. I was told the vehicle would be sent to the shop for the safety and repairs with no timeline, it was approximately 6 more days before I was told the vehicle was ready for pickup. Upon arrival, the finance manager gave a quick run over with me and said that the front bumper still needed to have more compound put on it and sanded, the visor would be fixed, more detailing would be done to the interior and exterior and that I could put a claim in to replace the key fobs (one key missing fob altogether, the other is missing button pads and will not close properly), I was instructed to return the next week to set up service and to have the keys replaced. The finance manager said he was going to get the paperwork but never returned, a sales rep eventually came back with the paperwork and very briefly explained one of the many forms included that needed to be signed, but knew little else about the sale. A few days later, the wobble had returned and I returned to the dealership to book it in/have keys replaced. When I arrived, the sales rep said he would contact the finance manager and left. About 20 mins later he returned and said he left a message for him and I should hear back shortly. More time passed and I was passed off to another representative, who then informed me that they couldn't assist me with scheduling or replacing keys as the service desk was now closed and was only opened until 4 pm. Since then I have emailed and messaged the finance manager multiple times, with absolutely no response.

never called me to change my sunroof from 1 year ago. Very bad service would never recommended this place wont buy there again
