The sales experience was informative and straight to the point. Questions were answered efficiently. I like the car. The dealership service is very good.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I bought a used car from Kia on Hunt Club today. The experience leading up to buying the car wasn't great. Their finance manger was terrible to deal with and they just try and pressure you into making decisions. Anyways, we agreed on a deal which I will regret for the rest of my life. I picked up the car and it was filthy. I pulled the back seat up and there was years of food and garbage from the previous owner. They must've had kids because it looked like my sisters car after having 3 kids in the back (gold fish everywhere, chips, stickers, etc.). That isn't the greatest thing to see in your new car, but you know what I was going to give it a solid cleaning anyways so not the biggest deal. I can live with that, for sure. What I can't live with is what happened next. I piled my family in, we went to say good bye to my parents before making the drive back home to Montreal. As soon as we left, I heard a little sound... didn't hear it during the test drives, and thought hmm that's odd. I even mentioned something to my wife, but she couldn't really hear it that well. Anyways, we continued. About half way to Montreal, I knew something was seriously wrong. I called the dealership, was put on hold, transferred around 10 times, left 4 or 5 voicemails.. finally got to speak with the sales manager. To sum up our conversation in a couple of words "My Problem!". He basically told me, we checked it out, nothing was wrong, you signed the papers, your problem!! Are you kidding me? I literally bought the car a few minutes ago?!?! Anyways, I keep going. The problem is getting worse and worse to the point where I feared for my families safety, so I had to pull over and park the vehicle. When I got out, the front driver side wheel was hanging on by a few threads - literally, all but one lug nut was gone. This is crazy? How can that possibly happen? How does a dealership let a car go without tightening the wheels? In 2017? With air tools? I call back. Now I've upset them. No one will answer my phone calls, but I have nothing to do. We are waiting for a tow truck, so I call and call and call. Finally, the sales manager picks up. The story has changed a bit now, it's the Ministry of Transportations fault. Not his, or anyone at his dealership though, so they can't help me. To sum this up: but a car for $26,000.00, drove it off the lot and almost killed my entire family by having a wheel fall off on the highway. I would recommend potential buyers to buy ANYWHERE else in the Province than Kia on Hunt Club.

I got a notice that our first oil change/checkover was due. When we arrived we found out that with the low mileage we had put on our Soul that it was not necessary to do but the attendant said don't worry we will take care of it. I thought that was a nice thing to do.

Went for our prepaid oil change today. Charged $120 for Service#1 and were not informed of this cost. We were not explained this when asked to sign the work order. We never get the extra services with Kia. They should have covered the costs as it was their mistake.
