Car was sent from Crown Autobody to inspect clunking sound on left/front of vehicle

Was told a problem could not be found but the right tie rod end needed to be replaced. Took car into another autobody shop and they found that the front sub frame bolts were loose. After these were tightened noise went away. Crown autobody has agreed to cover the bill from the 3rd party as tech forgot to tighten after work was done.

Very Bad service

It was terrible experience with the people working at Nissan crown. When I asked for a brochure to decide the vehicle color they said they don't have any brochure for NIssan Rogue. Then when making the deal I have choosen Grey or Blue color. After few days they said they bought Grey color and if I want to choose a blue they are saying I have to pay extra money. I compromised myself for grey color and then again for delivery I have asked for a specific timings since my plans are changed, they are not even ready to listen and saying that vehicle will be delivered only at the timings they have agreed. I didn't like the way they have spoken and people names are Jamey Paul and Chukz Okonkwo. It was a very bad experience with them. Both of them are very rude on me.
