Inconvenience

I went for a annual maintenance. This included tire rotation. However, the tires weren't balanced properly causing me to go back not once but twice thinking that there might be a leak. I was assured by Kenny over on a phone that if I run into more problems to contact him directly. So far so good and hopefully this minor problem had been fixed.

The service we received was excellent. Dustin Davie was courteous knowledgeable and willing to satisfy our needs. Also Lucky Sharma who gave us an overview of the operation system was quite Knowledgeable and attentive to our questions, also other staff members were willing to fulfill our needs.( water & coffee ) Thanks for the full tank of gas. It was a pleasure to deal with Gio on the purchase of my new Honda Pilot. I came in for a normal oil change first thing in the morning. The first employee greeted me once I got in asked what my appointment was for. He was able to get me in right away, told me how long it would take and told me to go inside and would call me once everything was finished. The staff was able to provide me with the right time and I waited the expected time it would take. Overall, the service was quick simple and efficient

Never buying a Honda again...

I'm not exactly sure why everyone recommended the Honda Civic to me, or Honda for that matter. By far the worst car I've ever owned. I bought it new and it was in the repair shop way more then my used 2005 Sunfire and it was triple the price. The customer service was less then stellar as well. The first winter I bought the vehicle, they lost/misplaced it and left me without a vehicle for a whole weekend in the dead of winter. It was on a Saturday, there was so many bells and whistles going off that they had to come pick it up. I had to call them multiple times to ensure that it made it to the destination (which was Waverly), stayed on hold for 10+ minutes each time and then they closed up without even calling me back to ensure that my vehicle was safe. The last straw was a month ago, my car was making a grinding noise every time I turned. On a 2013 with 27,000km, that shouldn't be happening. Took it in yet again, picked it up and they said a bar was dragging (?), drove it out of the parking lot and the issue was still not resolved. I drove right to Nissan and they were absolutely amazing, love my new Juke.
