Recall of driver airbag

I made an "appointment" for a Saturday and told the person that I would be waiting for the car as they did not have shuttle service on the weekend. When I arrived the person who reviewed the purpose of the appointment said I was registered as a "drop off" and that it would be a few hours. I advised that I had a scheduled appointment and was not told I would have to wait that long. It turned out that I waited just over two hours. If I had known this I would have made arrangements to be picked up but at that point it was too late. Why make an appointment if it is not going to be honored? The person doing the scheduling should advise customers that Saturdays are busy and that appointments may not be honored. This way other arrangements can be made.

Fast, efficient, excellent service all work was done in a timely manner and explained in detail. Wow wow wow wow. There's your 20 words. Good grief what a weird way to do a survey. Service at the dealership was 10 out 10. Survey rank is 1 out 10.

The staff were very pleasant, but I spent close to $900.00 recently and now that the cold weather has arrived, I don't think my block heater is working. They should have checked that given the season and the money I spent.

I asked if the work could be completed by a certain time and it was done even sooner than I could have hoped. I attribute that outcome to the service advisor knowing how to optimize work loads to benefit both the customer and the dealership.

Regular service cost way more than expected.

Agent told me I needed a few fluid replacements and sounded like other small replacement/repairs and walked out with a %500 plus bill. Not impressed. They should tell you the cost first and then the level of risk involved or the existing status of the reservoirs/fluids so you can make a more informed decision of whether or not you want the service. Way more than I expected. However, did appreciate rotation of tires.
