Wanted to share a great experience I had with Rudi at Cambrian Ford. We had a car that was not driveable because of a bad wheel bearing. When we brought it in last week, the dealership told us they were really swamped and suggested we come back in 2 weeks. That put us in a bind since we had to leave on a long distance trip this weekend . I came in and talked to Rudi this morning to see if they could squeeze us in. He didn't promise anything but 6 hours later he calls and says the car is fixed ... and no charge.... since it is something they had worked on a few months back. Thank you Rudi for helping us out of a jam and for being an all around nice guy.

After a bad experience waiting all day for service, staff at the shop called me and discussed what had happened, apologised and provided me the next service free. Almost a year later it was time to trade in the truck. Last Saturday we went into the dealership and test drove our new Ford Escape. Both Randy (sales) and Terry (finance) were excellent to work with and made the entire process smooth and easy. Outstanding experience. Thanks guys.
