I purchased a certified used vehicle from Nurse Chev in Whitby, Ontario. The salesperson was Gerry Paul. I found that he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and very patient. He put the fun back into buying a vehicle and made the purchase seamless. I was back about a week later with a complaint about a wiper blade. He quickly checked the problem and had his service replace both blades at no cost. I had dealings with Nurse in the past and my problems were looked after. I highly recommend this dealership and Salesman Gerry Paul. Dale C

Really frustrated how one of the advisors just sits there to extort money in the name of vehicle service! Went in for a battery drainage issue. I could do the research and explain the possible causes but was amazed how the advisor called and mentioned that it was the battery and they will not be doing any further checks if I don’t authorize the purchase on that. They left the car battery dead, didn’t call me that vehicle is ready to pickup until I followed up, and eventually had to get take my own booster cable and jumpstart the car to drive it out of the dealership parking lot, WHAT A SHAME! They did not even make an effort to look further into the issue by attaching a spare battery and provide a full report of the cause. Same guy tried to charge me for the wheel nut cap covers which they broke during my second last visit while doing regular oil change on the car. Had to pay money to boost start my own car from a service center. Glad to not have referenced my family tobthis location!

I usually get oil changes and refer people to Nurse. This has happened a couple of times where grease is left on the car. I am not sure why they don't have a work around and I am sure I am not the only one having these issues. This time around no one even apologised. I would appreciate the name of the cleaner used so I can buy some myself as I still have grease stains close to the headliner and on the seat.
