I called the service department to get a quote on installing a new transmission pan that was damaged when my dad ran over a garden stone. I was transferred to the parts department and was given a quote on the part and seal. I then requested the full price with installation/labour so I was transferred to the service department and a quote was given and I booked in the service. I arrived and while waiting We were approached regarding replacing the seal mentioning about they wouldn't gaurantee it wouldn't leak again. But wait...he says he recommends replacing the pan. So I said that's what I'm here for. We realize they didn't order the part and they actually had no idea that's what needed to be done. So I then had to gather my kids and dad and either wait for the part at the dealership for a couple hours or go home back to Cambridge, which we did go home because it's too much with a newborn and a 3 and 4 year old. As soon as I got home and was making the kids lunch we got the call to come back. I rushed and got us all back and when I arrived I was told oh I don't think we have time to do it now. I almost wanted to take the part and get it done elsewhere or myself. But with some scrambling they managed to get it done ofcourse and it didn't take long at all. Overall the experience was rediculous and there was no apologies for the wrong booking of the service we were made to feel pretty uncomfortable about the while thing. There has got to be a better connection between parts and service when being transferred and whoever is booking the service should make sure what exactly needs to be done.

Our experience trading the 2016 in for the 2020 Compass was made easy by the Team at Wellington Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram , Marina Cal our Sales Representative was excellent her follow-up and attention to detail made us feel at ease. I have purchased four vehicles from this dealership. With each purchase I was given EXCELLENT service, both in the Sales and Shop divisions. With this last purchase, salesman Dave Schneider was both VERY helpful in (showing me all the features of the vehicle), and expedient because of time to get me into my 2019 Jeep Cherokee Limited so I could get home for the week-end. I will continue to use Wellington Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram as my go to dealership.

Once again, I worked with Andrew Stephenson to get into my new 2017 VW Tiguan. Andrew is a dream to work with - has paperwork seamlessly ready and ensures that you feel just 'like family' when he's working with you. I would not hesitate to recommend(and in fact, I HAVE) his excellent 5 star service excellence to anyone looking to get into a new or used vehicle. He even helped me save on insurance and build my credit score! Who could ask for more???? Way to go Andrew - thanks for being my 'car' guy!!!

Normally, the service that is provided here has been amazing. However, I was utterly shocked when I took my truck in for an oil change today. I watched the tech the entire time he was working on my vehicle and at no point was his face mask covering his mouth or nose when he was in the cab of my truck. I also watched the tech wipe his nose with his bare hand while in my vehicle and then touch my steering wheel without disinfecting it or my keys afterwards. We're in the middle of a COVID-19 worldwide pandemic for goodness sakes! This especially irks me because I have a 5 month old baby that travels with me regularly in the vehicle! Thank you for your time.

I am sure you noticed all the advisor staff & employees fully masked, [gloved in most cases] with barriers, social distancing & sanitization stations in place. Our goal is to be as cautious as possible following all established protocols. We recognize that we are only as good as our weakest link and in this case that was this individual. We take our commitment to our customers safety seriously; our Service Manager has already reached out to you regarding a full sanitization of you vehicle.
