Rob was very helpfull and very patient throughout the process. I did not feel rushed in any way. This was really appreciated.

I would like to thank Rob for being very patient as I tried numerous cars over several months. He was very helpful each and every time, and allowed me to come to a decision on my own. And although he would follow up with me, and answer whatever questions I may have, he was never pushy or overly persistent. This was very much appreciated. I would recommend Rob to anyone. I am very happy with my purchase!

I was greeted promptly and kindly when I walked into Palladino Honda by the customer service staff. Sales Associate Robert Rouleau, sat with me for a couples hours answering all my questions and concerns regarding a trade-in. He was very helpful in exploring all my trade-in options and informed me of any promotions for each product at that time. As a returning customer, I am very pleased with the atmosphere and service I received during my time there. I left owner of a new 2016 Honda CR V.

Rob made sure the Pilot was right for us in allowing us to test drive other models to compare. His extensive knowledge on the vehicles is impressive. He was always available to help us with any questions we had while we chose the right car for our family. He took so much time going over th features when we picked up the car and insisted that if ever we need any further instructions to stop by or call him anytime. We couldn't have asked for a better salesman to help us chose our car and we are so happy with our purchase and experience at Honda Sudbury. Thank you so much!

Provided a complete explanation of the maintenance service the car received. Totally like when service department sends me an e-mail with a tentative date for the maintenance of my car as well as a reminder of the apt. Really appreciated!
