Have been a loyal Jackson's customer for about 4 years and I have always had a fairly pleasant experience, and in the rare time that it is not I have found that they are very quick and efficient to make it right. I have purchased two vehicles here and would likely do so again.

Came for a visit from up north with my old truck and left with a new one. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful and went beyond my expectations for customer service. So refreshing to experience. Would definitely recommend making the journey to deal with them for future vehicles.

My husband and I were in the market for a new car to replace the car my husband drives. We had the pleasure of dealing with the sales rep Nicola and Michael the GM. She informed us of a few different options in our budget and test drove a couple different models.She was very friendly and well informed of the information she gave us which made our decision that much easier. We had our 8 year old son with us and she was great with him too.We ended up selecting the new Toyota Corolla CE. When it came time to pick up our new car only a couple of days later we had our daughter and son with us, the kids were super excited to be part of the process. Nicola went through everything very thoroughly. She made it a very memorable experience for us!!

I was very put off by there staff. I wasn't happy with the customer service I received.
