Fantastic Team

My husband and I are both thrilled with our new Toyota 4Runner. It would never have been possible without the determination of Jennie to get us into our new vehicle. She, and the rest of the Jackson's team, went above and beyond to help us. We are extremely grateful, and have nothing but praise for the efforts, patience, and assistance extended by both Jennie and our salesman Tyler, who located the exact model we wanted. We will happily recommend Jackson's to everyone. If you want a Toyota, you must go to Jackson's.

I'm sorry Sean Hill I realize you came in today without an appointment to pick up a wholesale car and had to wait for a manager while they were attending to our retail guests. Although I'm not sure being rude to our receptionist was a very good way to gain someone's attention. I apologize for your wait.

Very very disappointed by the customer service. Last week me and my wife went it to buy sienna. Salespeople were just there and no one approached to us if we need any help, so we approached one of the salespeople and ask them about the minivan instead of telling us about the van and options to buy one, simple said oh we don't have any and if you want to buy you'll have to wait three months. Right at that time we left the dealership and went to Barrie Honda. And was totally different experience and right there we bought odyssey. We were welcomed and treated as true customer.

From the moment we walked through the doors till the moment we left with a brand new car, our experience was top-notch. We initially dealt with a gentleman named Brian from the used car side of the dealership who helped us out so much. He then introduced us to the new vehicles and we began dealing with some other associates. We met with the dealership manager named Michael who was so enthusiastic, supportive and sincere during our exploration of the vehicle my son had chosen. We then had the pleasure of dealing with Jenny, who helped us through the process of the financing. She was exceptional, thorough and very patient. On the night of pickup, we had a wonderful experience with a young man named Devon who coached my son on everything he needed to know about his new car. He even stayed after the dealership had closed to make sure that Matthew was confident in operating the car. I would highly recommend this dealership as the service made us feel valued and important. We will be making our future car purchases with Jackson Toyota
